Hello!

I am a strong leader with proven success coaching and managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.  I have three years of strategic consulting experience, am self-motivated, and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results even in ambiguous situations.

Through 19 years of progressive reporting and analytics roles, I discovered a passion for creative problem-solving through strategic thinking and data research, modeling, and analysis. My ability to dig into the details while also maintaining a solid understanding and focus on the "big picture" often allows me to identify causes and solutions that others may not see. And while others may shy away from unforeseen challenges, I am energized by them! I view every new challenge or situation as a potential learning opportunity or chance to make a system or process more efficient, and I thoroughly enjoy both.

I am a professional sales compensation manager, proficient in designing and managing complex programs for a variety of sales channels and positions. While my 13 years of sales compensation experience was in the telecommunications industry, the knowledge and expertise I've acquired can easily be applied to any sales compensation or incentive/bonus program and I would love to share my learnings with you!

After telecommuting for 20 years, I am comfortable and highly competent in handling all the nuances that come with working 100% remotely.
